What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is fun and intense workout in the gym - full of variety! The workout gives you an all-round
physics where you get good at almost anything, you have the energy to run fast, you'll be strong and
able to stabilize your body. CrossFit takes your gym training to new dimension, by using free weights
to kettlebells, barbells, racks and boxes.
Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is also a program designed to optimize physical
competence in ten recognized fitness domains; they are Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, Stamina,
Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
Crossfit is intended to develop a broad, general and inclusive fitness; our goal is to train athletes for any
physical challenge. We want our athletes to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable. To do this
the prescription for you as an athlete is as follows; constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.
The Crossfit Program was developed to enhance an individuals competency at all physical tasks. Crossfit
trains its athletes to perform successfully at multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges. This fitness
is also demanded of our first responders, military, police and firefighters.
Is Crossfit for me?
YES! Crossfit is for everybody and can and will be scaled to meet everyones individual needs. It doesnt
matter if you have never trained a day in your life, or if you have trained every day in your life. This program
will give you more power, speed, flexibility, strength, stamina, coordination, endurance and accuracy!
Dont feel that you have to come to the Beginners class in shape our goal is to get you in
the best shape of your life. COME AS YOU ARE!
