Mindfulness

Through meditation in mindfulness we practice our ability to be present. This by releasing the distracting thoughts and feelings we have. When we meditate we can often notice how stress, irritation and anxiety in both mind and body is reduced, we relax easier, better concentration and increases our self-knowledge.
